    Hmmm...This is not easy for me-or for every one. Last semester my weight rised to 58kg, which is a shock for me. For a girl who seldom have night snack and potato chips, gaining weight brings shame on me.

    So I began my weight-cutting plan. I tried to eat less at meal to cut my weight, however, this is not efficacious. So I quitted the little habit-eating dessert after lunch. The result is when I entered the convenient store, I had to control myself not to look at the snack on the shelf, or just took the advertisements and looked at the cake pictures on them,  dreaming...

   Meanwhile, I changed the amount of meal with the amount of the day work. If I had a lot of work to do on that day, I had the same amount of meal as usual. Vice versa, I ate less food when the daily work is less.

   After the winter vacation, my weight had came back to the normal range. 

 

   However, my chest measurement is being cut, too...
